# Tokenomics

**Total Supply**

The total supply of Pump Tokens is set at 1,000,000,000 (1 billion) PUMP. This supply has been carefully planned to sustain the game's economy and support long-term growth.

**Distribution**

Detailed and transparent information regarding the distribution of Pump Token supply will be announced during the Token Generation Event (TGE) stage.

**Burn Mechanism**

To support a deflationary structure in the Pump Game ecosystem, a burn mechanism will be implemented. As the game is played and tokens are used, 10% of the spent tokens will be burned. This mechanism aims to decrease the total supply over time, thereby supporting the token's value. For example, out of 1000 PUMP spent in a game round, 100 PUMP will be burned and removed from circulation.

**Inflation Control**

To control the inflation of Pump Tokens, a fixed daily reward distribution and token burn mechanism will be utilized. This will help reduce the token supply in a controlled manner and maintain market value. Additionally, special events and bonus rewards will be offered at certain intervals to incentivize new players and investors to participate.

**In-Game Economy**

Pump Token plays a central role in the in-game economy. Players can earn tokens by playing the game and achieving success, which they can then use to purchase in-game items and advantages or trade with other players. This dynamic economy encourages player participation and community interaction while increasing demand for the token.

**Token Use Cases**

1. Playing Games: Pump Token is required to participate in game rounds.
2. In-Game Purchases: Players can spend tokens on in-game items, bonuses, and special abilities.
3. Trading and Swapping: Players can trade the tokens they earn with other players or swap them on decentralized exchanges.
4. Staking: Players can lock their tokens for certain periods to earn additional rewards.
5. Governance: Token holders can vote on the game's future development and updates.

**Liquidity and Exchange Listings**

Pump Token will be listed on decentralized exchanges (DEX) and selected centralized exchanges (CEX), allowing players and investors to easily buy and sell tokens. Liquidity pools will be established to support token trading and ensure price stability.
